Returns and refunds

Returns: unused material in its original condition can be returned within 7 days of pickup to the branch you picked it up from. Please bring your order number. A 20% restocking fee applies.

Wrong or defective material: if we gave you the wrong size, or the material is defective, tell us at pickup or within 7 days and we will replace it or refund it in full, with no restocking fee.

Special order items are bought in for you and can't be cancelled or returned once we have ordered them from the supplier.

Cancelling: call us before we prepare your order and we will cancel it and refund you in full.

Refunds go back to the original payment method. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for it to show up.
